ScenicUtah.com is an expression of our enthusiasm for Utah's landscape, culture and people, with an emphasis upon the remarkable scenic variety to be found in "the Beehive State" - from red-rock deserts to urban cityscapes to alpine heights.

The website is the inspiration and creation of webmaster/designer David Boren, utilizing the observations and images of Ray Boren, an avid hobbyist photographer and a writer/editor by profession.

Both David and Ray are native Utahns (or Utahans, by some accounts), though David, of Lehi, Utah, has lived as far afield as Western Samoa and Japan. Ray, a rooted resident of the Salt Lake Valley, keeps expanding his global travel horizons but can't shake the idea that Utah and the American West are the center of his universe.
